Our Story

Founded by Andi Cook (chef and restauranter), PERF focuses on using primarily organic, unprocessed, high quality plant-based ingredients to create delicious, nutritious food and inspire others to embrace the power of plants.

 

​Our flagship product and launch pad are PERFect cookies.  Finding vegan AND gluten-free cookies with good taste and texture is a never-ending struggle. Enter, PERFect cookies!  The OG flavor is Snickerdoodle and the base for all our PERFect cookies.  With a variety of 11 soft-baked and 2 crunchy flavors, we’ve got the cookie to satisfy you!

PERFect personal cakes quickly became a fan favorite, especially the coffee cake with cinnamon, coconut palm sugar, pecans and the cashew vanilla cream chz icing dusted with cinnamon. The pina colada cake is a taste of tropical heaven, a pineapple cake with a coconut cashew vanilla cream chz icing. Rounding out the bunch, the decadent chocolate cake with cashew vanilla cream chz icing dusted with cacao. The PERFect sweet treat!
